Timberlands Mental Health Ombudsman Service

This agency assists with complaint resolution.
It does not provide mental health counseling or case management services.

If you are unsatisfied with the publicly funded mental health services you’ve received, you can contact the Ombuds Service at this agency. The Ombuds will assist you in resolving your complaints while helping providers ensure better quality service.

The Ombuds service will listen to your problem, analyze it, and determine an appropriate solution. They will investigate and provide assistance with resolution. They will provide you with information and may even assist you in filing a complaint.

They cannot provide counseling, case management, legal advise, or obtain information on your behalf without written consent. They cannot guarantee any outcomes or enforce any recommendations.
