Cascade Mental Health Care has been serving Lewis County for more than 50 years. They provide many services, including:

• 24/7 Crisis Outreach and Involuntary Treatment Assessments
• Counseling Services for Adults
• Counseling Services for Kids & Adolescents
• Geriatric Services
• School-Based Services
• Substance Abuse Services
• DUI Assessments
• Anger Management Services
• Intense Recovery Support programs

They also offer Medication Management services to clients. This program offers different solutions for different patients. Assistance may include receiving a medication box, setting it up, distributing medication to the patient, advocating for the client and more.

The Family Focus Program invites families to come together and share a meal with their clinician. After the meal, the families divide into groups. Parents meet together to learn about parenting and communication skills while children are split into age-appropriate groups to learn about communication, social skills, anger management and coping skills. The groups meet weekly for 10 weeks.

Patients who are mentally ill and have substance abuse issues may be able to participate in a specialized Co-occuring Disorders program. This program brings patients together with Chemical Dependency Specialists and/or specially trained clinicians who can use individual and group counseling to maximize treatment effectiveness.

Cascade Mental Health accepts Medicaid, Medicare and a variety of insurance plans. They also have a sliding fee discount program for those who cannot afford to pay for their services.
