Anyone who desires to stop eating compulsively is invited to participate in this healing 12 step program. OA intends to provide physical, emotional and spiritual healing from compulsive overeating. =
Overeaters Anonymous relies on the same successful 12 step program that Alcoholics Anonymous uses.
Compulsive overeating may manifest as being overweight, normal weight or underweight because of bulimia or anorexia. Everyone is welcome regardless of weight.
There are no fees, no dues, and no weigh ins with this program.
