This primary medical care center provides treatment and management for chronic diseases, urgent care, preventative health care, immunizations, prenatal care, well baby care and referrals for specialty services.

You may be able to receive birth control exams, supplies, STD testing, STD treatment, pregnancy testing, pregnancy counseling, sterilization counseling and referral from this location.

Chemical dependency and behavioral health services are also available.

Service is available in Spanish. Medicaid is accepted.
