As a mental health organization, Quality Behavioral Health provides the following services to the Garfield County Community:

Mental Health Services

Outpatient mental health services can help you with depression,a nxiety, impulse control, substance abuse issues and more. This location accepts Medicaid, private insurance and may offer a sliding scale for self-pay patients.

Marriage and Family Counseling

Marriage and family counseling is available for those who qualify. It is $90 per hour although insurance options may be available.

Crisis Services

A 24/7 crisis line is available. They can assist with supportive listening or arranging hospitalization services, if needed. Just call (888) 475-5665 for more information.

Community Sexual Assault Program

A 24/7 free and confidential program is available to victims of sexual violence and their families. They provide sexual assault counseling, medical and legal advocacy, support and assistance referrals. Please call (509) 843-3791 for more information.

Domestic Violence Program

Domestic violence education is provided here. They also provide a court-ordered assessment program for offenders by referral or private pay. The domestic violence assessment program is $125-$150.

Substance Abuse Services

According to WIN211, Quality Behavioral Health also offers the following services:

Provides students with valuable information about alcohol and other drugs.
The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use.
Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world.

DUI Evaluations:
Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment.

Outpatient Treatment:
Provides outpatient chemical dependency services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).

Intensive Outpatient Treatment:
Provides outpatient chemical dependency services that usually requires 9-20 hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).

Services offered for Adults:
– Assessments required by probation, courts, DOC or other referral sources
– Alcohol & Drug Information School (bi-monthly)
– Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) (Offered in the morning and evening)
– Aftercare/Continuing Care Groups (Offered Every Wednesday, three times to choose from)
– Monthly Monitoring Program
– Keep it Simple Outpatient Program (Offered for individuals with co-occurring disorders or reading/writing issues)
– Individual sessions
– Referral program for Mental Health

Services offered for Youth:
– Youth Assessments required by probation, court, or school referrals
– Alcohol & Drug Information School (quarterly, need at least 5 students)
– Intensive Outpatient Program for Youth (Offered after school, three days per week)
– Aftercare/Continuing Care Group for Youth
– Monthly Monitoring Program
– Individual Sessions
– Family Sessions
– Referral program for Mental Health

Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).
