Advice & Counsel Clinic

Get a FREE 30 minute consultation with an attorney who can write letters, make phone calls, assist with paperwork and/or provide advice on legal rights and options. They can assist with family law, landlord/tenant issues, housing, consumer/finance problems and other civil law issues.

To be eligible, you must be filing in Lewis County and have an income that is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. You will need to provide proof of your household income and any legal documents that are related to the issue. You must schedule your appointments in person.

The advice clinic is free but legal forms may require a fee.

Attorney Connection

For $60, you can get a 30 minute consultation with an attorney and discuss any legal issue in criminal or civil law. This service is available to people with a household income that exceeds 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline.

Pro Bono Representation

Volunteer attorneys may assist low income Lewis County residents with civil (non-criminal) cases. To apply, you must have an income that is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level AND have a referral from the CLEAR intake line. Call CLEAR at (888) 201-1014.
